STRATEGY Surveyed 750 revenue leaders (marketing, sales, and CX) to create the 2021 State of Sending report. Then created an integrated campaign around the report that included an eBook, webinar, PR, video, email, and enablement. RESULTS (2 MONTHS AFTER LAUNCH)

Drive top-of-funnel brand awareness of sending, Sending Day, and our company on a channel where our buyers live (LinkedIn and Twitter). STRATEGY Partnered with Piñatagram to send an exclusive Sending Day gift to Advisors, Partners, and B2B influencers with an ask to post a photo of them with their Piñatagram on March 10 to Linkedin and use our #SendingDay hashtag. RESULTS

Get as many team members organically posting about the rebrand as possible in order to drive awareness and engagement. STRATEGY We provided team members with media, templated posts, and even an option to take a pic of themselves in their new gear, then used a SPIFF ($100 Amazon eGift card to 5 winners selected at random) to get people excited about posting. RESULTS

Because this was made early on during the pandemic, we had to rely on animation, stock footage, and limited custom shots in partnership with a third party video creation team. The video allowed us to really pack a punch in our announcement. |

Our goal was to really show the bold and risky side of our brand while also making people laugh.
